Mukeetuzzama filed complaint against UPSRTC on Aug 24, 2019
I was booking tickets from UPSRTC on *th of August, I opted for * tickets, and while doing payment to them it was showing a bill of *** but after typing the OTP for transaction I was redirected to home page and my tickets were not booked, instead **** rupee was deducted from my account.
I tried to contact UPSRTC on your helpline number *********** but I didn't get any response from them.
Kindly consider my complaint, and refund my money.
