Sir,
I booked a bus ticket from paym for my bus journey from Shivpuri(MP) to New Delhi on **/**/****,
scheduled to be departure at **** hrs. But, on **/**/****, at around **** hrs, I was informed by bus operator telephonically that this bus will not
go today and requested to cancel the ticket from my side. Since as per cancellation policy, if I cancel the ticket, no refund will be returned to me. Hence, I immediately raised the issue with paytm and shared the contact number of operator. In reply, Paytm care mailed me at **:** hrs,
Quote :
We've have reached out to bus operator R K(Kalpna Travels) to get full refund processed against your journey dated ****-**-**. Coordination with
bus operators on refunds typically will be done at the earliest. Please help us expedite this process by sharing any communication you may have received from them. We will issue the complete amount as soon as we receive a revert. Please note that refund policies are determined solely by bus operators.
Unquote.
After receiving this communication, I again talked to paytm helpline and your representative assured me that refund has been processed and I can
perform journey by other means. Accordingly, I performed my journey from Shivpuri to New Delhi on next day i.e. **/**/**** by booking bus ticket from paytm only.
When the refund not received by me, I again contacted paytm helpline and following communication received on **/**/**** at **** hrs :

Dear Customer,
We have received your request with the similar issue with case number ********* your query is already being worked upon.
We will communicate with you at the earliest.
Unquote.
After receipt of this communication, I was sure that the amount will be remitted within few days. On **/**/****, almost after ** month, when I
checked my bank statement I was surprised to know that the said amount has not been received in my bank account, I again raised the issue with paytm,
on **/**/**, at **** hrs, in writing and paytm informed me that as per operator policy refund claim can not be honored.
I have already requested so many times and spent my valuable time to refund the money but no response from paytm.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
