Its been almost **-** days my order was picked up but not recieved yet. No help from the customer service.
* items were returned and * cancelled but not recieved refund yet for all the * items.
Total amt was Rs ****
(This is the responce i am getting again and again from customer care team)
Dear Customer,
(Add acknowledgement statement in sync with VOC).
I am glad to inform you that we have processed the refund of Rs. XXXXX/- on XX/XX/XXXX in your (Bank name) having first * digits of the card number (XXXX) through which we have received the payment for the order.
You can validate the same by checking your online net banking statement from XX/XX/XXXX (* day prior to refund initiation date) till today.
Further, I have registered a ticket to provide a transaction reference number for this refund. Hence, I request you to wait till (task due date) for an update.
I appreciate your patience and understanding in this regard.
