i have booked * train tickets on april *rd **** but they deducted my money but they never booked my tickets after calling several times on *rd april they picked up my call and said that i will recieve the amount in a week and max **days but today is **th april and in the app they show that i have got refund but thats not true i did not recieved even a single penny. i have attached * screen shots of my * bookings. and my mobile number-**********
