ANSHIKA JAIN filed complaint against MakeMyTrip on Aug 18, 2020
I had booked the following two Air India flights under Booking ID: NN************* on MakeMyTrip,
*) From Birmingham to Delhi: AI -*** for Monday, ** July ****: PNR HGL*X: E-Ticket No. ***-**********, AND
*) From Delhi to Birmingham: AI – *** for Wednesday, * August ****: PNR HGL*X: E-Ticket No. ***-**********
Due to the ongoing pandemic, the above-mentioned flights got canceled. I want a REFUND with respect to the above bookings.
I have been trying to reach the customer care helpline for more than two weeks, but every time my call is put on hold for long intervals with the reason that the helpline is busy, and then it gets disconnected on its own without any answer from your executives. I am tired of calling to seek a resolution, and to get my refund processed as soon as possible.
Kindly look into the matter on an urgent basis, and assist me with the refund.
Further, I had reached Air India for the refunds and have got the following response from them on **th August ****:
