Makemytrip - Bus cancelled by bus operator but still they didn t give me my refund of 4 tickets

I have booked * ticket of Sai virbhadra travels through MakeMyTrip with Booking Id- NU*************** and refrance PNR *AFCTV**, I raised a concern regarding refund claim on my with request IDs as:

They didn't get response n while we approach they just saying sorry we can't proceed your refund as bus operator said bus was operational also they give me bo name n number after waiting so long i had contacted on given number I have recording thought they said may be we can't hear lots of call coming ask MakeMyTrip to call us we inform them yes bus was cancelled and refund your amount just one call needed but MakeMyTrip didn't respond us after ** days today .

Also when I got on * july from bus operator as bus was cancelled i confirmed same from MakeMyTrip executive Mr.Mohit Kumar he also told same yes bus was cancelled, plus i have all call recording of Local booking office person regarding bus cancelled n refund information. On same date * july after call recieved we also check by call to new booking of same travels to check really bus was cancelled n they said booking of this travels not possible as bus cancelled we have that recording too.

Deal with MakeMyTrip support person Mohit Kumar on * july , gaurav mishara on * july, prince on * july, Siddharth on ** july who give me one mob no n mae of booking officeer name called that person have called recording all these proofs shared to MakeMyTrip still today's date they didn't respond.

N moreover in * july itself MakeMyTrip executive Mohit Kumar confirmed me bus cancelled how they can deny now it's so funny
