I was denied checkin against my booking at Hotel Levante on **th Jun. Despite of multple calls no action was taken and no one called me back from MMT. I took the checkin by paying the additional amount and escalated the issue to the MMT team to explain me why no response was given. The additional amount was refunded by them next day. But my concern was not related to the additional amount but why no one called me up or looked at my concern. I kept on waiting at the reception.
The MMT team still did not shared the reason for delay. Not only this they have now started mentally harassing me as they sent more than *** messages at *.** AM in the morning today causing me severe mental stress. Please raise this concern.
