Via.com - Refund not received

I have booked tickets for **th April **** but due to covid the flight got cancelled. I have contacted via.com for reschedule or refund but there was no response from them for months. Then i contacted the airline indigo for refund, they have initiated the refund of Rs.***** but will be credited to the via.com account. When i contacted via.com for refund they have sent a mail requesting the mail from Indigo. I have shared the same but no refund is processed yet and they are not picking up the calls and not responding to the mails. I tried on their website for cancellation but refund amount is not shown as the flight is cancelled due to pandemic, i am entitled for a full refund and also when the indigo airline has also confirmed for the full refund, then why via.com is not processing the same.
