Hello Team,
I ordered Pizza from Dominos on Saturday worth ***.* INR.
The mode of payment was Paytm wallet.
Immediately after the order was placed and money was paid, I received a call from Dominos saying that order will take minimum an hour to be delivered and it can take even more time. Since it was already **:** pm on that day, I asked them what I can do
She told me I can cancel the order if you say.
She cancelled the order and I received a sms stating that the order was cancelled.
Then I asked Zomato customer care about refund, he confirmed that yes he also received the notification that order has been cancelled and that I will receive money within **-** hours.
Now I have not received the refund so I checked with your customer care executive again and he told me that I will have to talk to Dominos and Zomato will not give me refund.
