Bhavya Choudhary filed complaint against Myntra Online Shopping on Apr 30, 2019
I returned a product costing *** and Myntra initiated a refund on **th of April. But to date, I have not received my refund. Talking to customer care is useless. They say we have initiated the refund and the bank says we have not received any message to credit the amount into my account. Customer care refuses to take my bank statement and is not helping me. I have no idea what to do now. Please help me.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
