Zomato cheated me with my order which was placed mistakenly, for this I immediately contacted the delivery boy and Zomato Chat support to cancel the order or to refund my money but the Zomato refused to do so. The worst part is they cancelled my order without my consent. I clearly told their customer care executive that please don’t cancel my order, if you are not able to refund money. Chat support is the most irritating support I have ever faced. I registered a complaint on their portal and still, I haven’t received any response from Zomato. I belong to a middle-class family and could not afford such a loss. Please request you to refund my money for the food which I haven’t eaten.
