Return was picked up on **th Jan and confirmation that it was received on **th Jan. On calling no one answers and mails only automated replies received of tickets being raised. Their website and automated response is that refund is usually received after *-** days but still no update received nor the refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
