We had given an order and made the payment through paytm but the payment showed declined and the amount got debited. So we selected the COD option and made the payment in cash. Then we came to know that even paytm balance was deducted and we called swiggy up. Swiggy delivery guy ensured that it was an error and that he would refund me through paytm. We waited for a week and then on following the delivery guy started talking inappropriately and said that he wouldn't refund. +************ is the number of delivery executive.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
