On arrival to hotel the hotel denied any such kind of bookings as the hotel was fully booked and they were not interested in accommodating Agoda CUSTOMERS.
I APPLIED FOR REFUND BY EMAIL AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT TELEPHONE NOS. THEY PROMISED ME SEVERAL TIMES IT WILL TAKE PLACE WITHIN * MONTH. NOW EVEN AFTER * MONTH HAS COMPLETED AND THEY HAVE NOT REFUNDED MY AMOUNT.
THEY EVEN FALSELY CLAIM THAT THEY HAVE DONE THE REFUND IN MY BANK ACCOUNT BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE SAME THEY ARE BIG FRAUD, LIARS, CHEATER COMPANY.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
