Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Flights
The issue that I have experienced was: I had booked Bali tickets for *th December,****
Mumbai--> Delhi--> Ho chin Minh City--> Densapar
And similarly return ticket on **th December,****.
BALI was officially closed for tourism in ****. Hence I reached to GOIBIBO for cancelling the ticket, but there was no working customer helpline number. Moreover, I have to call all the individual airlines for cancellation.
For domestic flights from Mumbai to Delhi and Delhi to Mumbai, I was able to get the full refund basis the timing of the flight was changed.
Whereas when I tried to contact VietJet, they asked me to route the issue through GOIBIBO.
When I raised this issue to GOIBIBO, they just simply asked me to wait for **-** days. I raised this request long back in October ****. From then till now I have raised multiple tickets, ranted so much on Twitter and now I'm not sure what to do about it. Hence taking help of this platform for my resolution.

Initiate refund for the remaining amount
