PayTM - refund not received

I had booked a roundtrip flight on Paytm from Hyderabad to Chennai on **th February **** for **th March and **nd March ****. But the flights got canceled cause of the lockdown. I assumed a full refund would be initiated automatically but Paytm told me no refund was received from the airline so I contacted the airline and they initiated a full refund to Paytm on **th of September ****, I've been trying to get my refund from Paytm since then initially they quoted a lower refund amount and then they corrected it after I bought it up. They failed to refund the source so I gave them an alternate bank account they failed to refund to that account as well and asked to provide new bank details recently, I complied again yet no refund has been credited a year later. I've called their customer care at least ** times, put up mails, they keep feeding me lies that the refund will be credited soon. This is very frustrating. I've attached my email conversations with Paytm along with a screenshot of my calls with them. I just hope this is resolved soon.
