The flight booking was cancelled and MMT claims to have processed the refund in to the MMT wallet. However, have requested to be credited to the source account from where the fare was debited(Bank account). Ever since the request was raised for bank account credit, the wallet money has also disappeared. Neither have I received the refund nor am I able to reach MMT either through helpline nor are emails being responded to.
