Kalyani Vinod Rangari filed complaint against Joister connect on Oct 13, 2019
I requested a new connection but they were delaying for installation as their technician was not available. So according to their process, I emailed them about the cancellation of the connection and asked for refund. They also agreed that as my connection was not done.
Initially they did not replied to my mail so I called the customer care then I asked them to reply to my mail then only they said that i will get reply at the end of the day. They gave me in reply that they will give me the connection. I again told them that I don’t want connection I want my refund but again same, no reply. So I had to call customer care every time for update.
Now when I call customer support they’re not giving me the tentative or exact date when I will get my money back. They always keep me saying that it’s In Process. Finally I am so frustrated by calling them so I am filing a complaint.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
