Makemytrip.com - Refund not received on international flight cancellation

I had booked an international flight from Delhi-Germany-Italy-Toronto and Toronto-Zurich-Delhi on * aug** and ** aug** respectively. The Schengen visa got rejected just a few days before the flight and we requested makemytrip.com to initiate cancellation and full refund through the Lufthansa airlines. The airline's policies say that full refund is given on account of visa rejection. I got a call from makemytrip on **th august saying that the full refund has been approved and initiated and I will get the full refund approx. Rs *,**,*** to my respective bank accounts. I have not received anything yet and I have been making calls, escalating numerous mails to these MMT (makemytrip.com) people with no response. I have been mentally harassed by this company as nobody is bothered to reply despite my several hours of wastage of time. I escalated to their CEO as well but no response.
