When I booked the flight ticket, I got mail that payment confirmed and flight booking is under processing. After ** mins I got mail as well as call that flight booking didn't happen, you will get refund of the whole amount. It happened on **th August. And flight was for with September. It's more than * month ** days now there is no sign of money refund.
I am tired of chasing with these people. One more thing I observed that whenever you call on their given number you will be on waiting list. And even if your number came and you are at exact * min of hold, the call got disconnected.
Only sometimes I could talk to any executive of this company and they always say money will be refunded in * * days .. *- ** days etc. But it's not came in.
Please file a complaint against them.
