On **th December ****, booked * rooms through oyo call center, booking id XABI**** at kc arcade, oyo home ***** for *** per room for * day and was asked to pay advance for confirmation of booking, the advance of rs *** was paid through Google pay, while calling at the hotel after few minutes it was talk by the hotel that rooms are available at **** rs per room for * day which was against what was booked and mentioned in the oyo app, so the booking was canceled and on asking for refund they said to call customer care of oyo and they said refund within ** days
Now its being more than ** days and no refund has being received and no responses to mails send
Please do needful as I am in need of the amount paid as advance
