Jiomart - Refund not received for the products which were billed but were not delivered

I haven't received refund for products which were billed but missing during delivery.

Following are the details for products which are billed but not received and refund pending:

*) Mother Dairy Malai Paneer - Rs. **
*) Amul Pizza Mozzarella Cheese - Rs. ***.**
*) Nandini Pure Ghee ( * qty) - Rs ***

The Delivery boy suggested that the refund will be provided for the missing products and being a first time experience with this app I trusted him. But its been * months now i haven't amount due from JioMart even after several mails and more than ** calls with customercare executive. All I received was a new complain number everytime but no resolution. Kindly help, if possible.
