Mail I have shared to Goibibo and Gofirst airlines
As no action taken from Gofirst and Goibibo both since past * months.
My money is blocked since * months, at the same time,one of my friends got her refund in one week although she booked a flight in June month and I have booked a flight in April for May month travel. I have also seen do many articles that company has refunded **.** lakh customer their dues then why my money is blocked since so long.
So now I am not going to wait for a single moment .
Being a customer I have waited for so much longer duration but now it's really running into my nerves and I am not going to wait for a single moment. I will file a case legally as I have no option leftout.
The below mail I have shared to Gofirst and goibibo both.
It's a gentle reminder for you to please refund my amount on priority basis.
As I want my refund amount in the next few hours. Its been more than * months now and I have been chasing you guys. But no updates on the refund amount from your side. Every time you guys send the me the same mail regarding that operational issue.
Sir if you have some bankrupt issues, that is your problem. Being a customer I have been wait for maximum time. It's your responsibility to refund my money.
If I haven't receive my money back in the next few hours., then sorry to say I will definitely file a case against both of you.(Gofirst and Goibibo).
I have been waiting so long and no response on the refund amount from both of your team. So now I can't wait now. every time when I see the ticket the status is same only date is changing.
My cousin booked a ticket for Gofirst in June and she got her refunded amount in a week. And I have booked a flight in April for May month travel and still I am struggling for my money. So the policy is same for every customer I believe. So it's just like of noone ask you ,you guys are not taking any step. So sorry to say but it's really unprofessional from your side.
Now you guys have crossed your limits. If I didn't receive my refund amount in the next few hours then legally I will definitely file a case against Gofirst and Goibibo both.
Please take this very seriously because now you guys are running on my nerves.
