We had booked a round trip through MakeMyTrip to Italy. The booking ids are NN************* and NN*************. However, the flights were cancelled by Jet Airways and hence we were notified by MMT about the cancellation. We had raised a ticket with MMT #******-****** regarding the refund and we never received a proper response from them till date. It has been one and half years since the cancellation of the tickets and there is no update from MMT.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
