Gurpreet Singh filed complaint against Goibibo on May 29, 2022
I Booked a hotel room from GoIbibo on **th Apr **** for **th Apr **** and Cancelled the room on **th Apr. While booking the room I made a payment of Rs **** from UPI and *** Goibibo cashback. After Cancellation *** Goibibo cashback was received, the **** is still not received. I have dropped multiple messages and emails to GoIbibo but there is no response. The call helpline also does not have the option to talk to a customer care executive.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
