I have ordered some food from swiggy on **th March, *.**. App says the order will be delivered within approx ** mins and then says the restaurant has accepted the order and preparing food. Then one delivery guy was assigned but he was too far from the restaurant and he was like yelling here and there about **-** mins. Then he went to the restaurant and suddenly the delivery guy got changed and the other assigned guy also too far from the restaurant. Till ** mins have passed already then I have cancelled the order because still, no delivery guy was near to the restaurant and app says ** mins more to deliver the food. After cancellation, they said you will get the refund in *-* days but today is the **th day and still waiting for the refund. Every time customer care chat paste the same response and closed automatically without resolving the query. My order no: *********** Order Date: **-**-**** at *.** pm approx.
