I have made a order on ** May **** and cancelled only * items in my order on *st June ****. After that I have mailed them regarding this and they said they initiated refund on *st June itself and told me to contact bank side and Third party (PhonePe) which I have made payment . But I have not received my money and they asked about my statement from **May to till now(** July ****) and I have sended my statement also I’m sending mails daily but they aren’t responding to my mail just I’m getting automated response and giving me the same answer. They not properly checking my mail also . They telling me that they didn’t receive my statement . Please help me.
