I am Dr Dharanivasan, doing a Postdoctoral study in Israel. I have booked a flight ticket in Arkia Airlines to fly from Tel Aviv, Israel to Cochin, Kerala, India on **.**.**** in an advance of three months (**.**.****) using MakeMyTrip website (MakeMyTrip Customer E-Ticket: NN*************)

I have reached to Ben Gurion International Airport Terminal * on **.**.**** at **:** Israel Time. I was searching for the flight details and luggage boarding. Then, I enquired with the customer information centre. I came to know that Arkia IZ *** was not on the list of scheduled flights on **.**.**** and they told me that there is no service on **.**.**** from Tel Aviv to Cochin, Kerala.
They directed me to enquire with Arkia airline ticket handling office at Tel-Aviv airport (ISSTA, second floor in Tel-Aviv airport). A working woman from ISSTA, office also confirmed that there is no service of Arkia IZ *** on **.**.****. She advised me to contact MakeMyTrip, ticket booking agency to get further details. She also told me that airline has informed in advance to MakeMyTrip about the cancelled flight Arkia IZ ***. It is MakeMyTrip's duty to inform about changes/ update/ cancelled flight service to the customer.
Still **.**.**** night **:** Israel time, I did not get any updates from MakeMyTrip and Arkia Airlines to my mobile number and E-Mail address. I have called to MakeMyTrip customer care number (+*************) through skype paid service and I talked to them for more than ** min and they said that they did not get any information about the cancelled flight service of Arkia IZ *** on **.**.****. They insisted me to cancel the ticket and to get a refund from my side. I requested them to provide an alternative ticket to travel on the same day or **.**.**** or **.**.**** from Tel-Aviv to Cochin. But they did not agree to do any alternative and help me out in the issue.
I contacted to Arkia airline through email (customer.service@arkia.co.il and incoming@arkia.co.il) and complained about this issue. They provided the information that they informed about the cancellation of flight service of Arkia IZ *** in advance to MakeMyTrip on **.**. ****. They also told me that it is MakeMyTrip's duty to update this information to the customer. They are ready to approve the full refund of ticket charge. Further, they insisted me to reschedule my travel plan on **.**.**** and they will agree to provide a ticket to fly from Tel-Aviv to Cochin in Arkia airlines scheduled on **.**.****. They are not agreed to offer a connection flight ticket to travel from Cochin to Chennai.
Finally, I booked a flight ticket in Air India to travel from Tel-Aviv to Chennai on **.**.**** details as follows:

*. MakeMyTrip did not update any information about cancelled flight service Arkia IZ *** on **.**.****.
*. MakeMyTrip failed to provide an alternative arrangement (accommodation and tickets) in the next ** hr
*. MakeMyTrip forced me to cancel my tickets and wasted my time for Two days.
*. MakeMyTrip made me visit Tel-Aviv airport from my room twice on **.**.**** and **.**.****
*. MakeMyTrip made me to panic at the last minute due to their non-responsiveness
*. MakeMyTrip made me fall ill physically and mentally
*. MakeMyTrip failed to refund my ticket money till date (**.**.****)
*. MakeMyTrip failed to offer a connection flight ticket (Cochin to Chennai)
*. MakeMyTrip played a game with Arkia Airlines and the Airlines blamed MakeMyTrip
**. Finally, No one is taking responsibility and are not solving the issues
**. Overall I was in problem for two days **, ** and ** January ****

Therefore, I request you to take legal action on MakeMyTrip and Arkia airlines for putting me in trouble economically, physically and mentally. I request you to help me out to claim my money losses from both.
