I had paid the MGVCL bill through Paytm from my RBL credit card. It showed the payment could not be made, but the amount was deducted from my RBL credit card. Later I made the same transaction with my SBI credit card and the transaction was successful. It happened on **th Oct **** and to date, my RBL credit card refund has not been received even though they had promiced to make in a week.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
