I am a serving Officer in Indian Airforce and Jio mart is troubling those who serve the Nation.
I ordered iphone** from Reliance Jio Mart on ** Oct ** ORDER No. *****************A using HDFC debit card on installments basis. The order was cancelled from the mart itself on ** Oct ** mentioning no reason and on refund status it was shown that money will be refunded within *-** working days. This *-** working days got over on ** Nov ** but i didn’t receive any refund. On ** Nov ** I again called the Jio mart customer care and lodged a new complaint with complaint no. ********** and was told to wait for ** hours. Also on ** Nov **, first installment of ₹**** was deducted from my bank account. Thereafter I was given same answe to call back after every ** hours and till date i.e. ** Nov ** I have made several calls and my issue has not been resolved and every time I receive the same answer.
This behaviour of such a reputed company with its customers is really worrisome and creates trouble and harasses the customer mentally and financially.
