Shubham Raj filed complaint against Ajio.com on May 27, 2020
I bought a good from Ajio which I didn't like so I returned. The refund was initiated on **th December as per Ajio but it has not shown in my account till now. I have contacted Ajio and they said they have already initiated the refund and ask me to talk to SBI which I did through a phone call. SBI said this can only be done through physically present in the bank so I went to the bank but there they said clearly that Ajio hasn't refunded. then Ajio suggested me for raising a chargeback which SBi denied saying chargeback can only be raised when ur money is stuck in ATM etc and they won't take any such responsibility. I have visited the bank multiple times contacted Ajio/SBI multiple times. Now its almost more than * months ( reference no. ************ for the refund initiated on **th December ) of this and no resolution is provided.
I have also mailed everyone multiple times too but due to not responding I wrote everything in twitter where SBI asked me to mail again, I mailed again but they never gave any response. now even Ajio not responding. kindly look into this matter, please
