I booked a counter ticket from New Delhi to Vadodara. But I got message just * hours before that my ticket is not confirmed. Station was far from my location and when I went there at enquiry office they said ask TC if he can confirm an give a seat. I did the same and asked to TC but he refused. He said you can take refund. When I went to refund counter they said that you can't get refund as time has passed for refund and meanwhile my train left the station. Due to this, I faced such many issues to get another train as I have to reach on my destination as early as * AM. My pnr no is **********.. and I want my money back.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
