We booked a bus for our staff from Hyderabad to Shirdi on * June with Ref no NU*************** and a return on * June with ref no NU***************. On * June night around **.** pm, we came to know that the bus got cancelled. We tried to verify with all the numbers of bus operator but none of the numbers was working at that time. I called makemytrip also to check they also confirmed that none of the numbers of the bus operator is working. They asked me to wait and they said they are escalating the case to their higher department. I informed them that I have the return journey also of the same passenger on next day and asked what should I cancel the return ticket then got their response to wait for ** hours. They said they are mentioning all the things in the complaint so I should not worry. So I didn't cancel the return also. Now today after ** days they called and said that bus operator is not ready to refund. How come they delayed so much second when the operator numbers were non-responsive at that time of travel then how could they deny for a refund? Even I called their driver contact number also provided by the operator and he also said that he is not going to Shirdi. Lots of inconveniences and mental harassment. This is not at all acceptable as a consumer.
