On Aug-**-**** I ordered a convertible sofa-mattress with Amazon.in and cancelled it on Aug-**-**** after realizing it won't be arriving in the timeframe I was expecting. Amazon has since then not refunded the amount INR. **** to my debit card. I contacted them around *-* times between August-**** to November-**** for the refund but every time they kept assuring they will provide me refund but haven't done so.
On September-**-****, during a call with Amazon customer support, they sent an email that they have refunded the amount but nothing has been credited to my account. Later they apologized that it was a mistake and refund is still not done.
On October-**-**** I logged a grievance with National Consumer Helpline and on November-**-**** someone from customer support again contacted me to ask if I want refund via Amazon Pay or via direct credit. However, no credit was made to my account. On November-**-**** they updated NCH grievance with standard reply that they are only a market place and cannot do much and that I have to follow up with the seller. I have attached the full grievance for your reference.
It has been * months already and neither I have received any item nor I have received a refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
