Booked tickets for * passengers for travel date **/**/**** through Via.com for Indigo flight PNR - TDVN*Y. Flight was cancelled and Indigo mentions that an amount of Rs ***** was credit in the credit shell of Via.com, which is not responding to mails and their contact numbers are not working. They are neither refunding the amount nor are booking the tickets by using the refund amount.
