 - Refund not processed Open

SS filed this complaint against Make my trip on Aug 23, 2020

I have a flight booking with Make my Trip under Booking ID:NF************** (JTKLS*),
on **th June . Since the whole route(Chandigarh to Pune ) was not operational ,got rescheduled to **nd June by Vistara. Since there was no confirmation of whole route operational again, I told them to process my full refund in that scenario(
Ticket number: *** **********).They did the full refund to MMT already.On **th June I had the following mail from MMT inquiring about my refund:-

Greetings from MakeMyTrip ...!!!

Thank you for being our valued customer. We are grateful for the pleasure of serving you and meeting your travel needs.

This is in reference to your query regarding booking id - NF**************.

We tried to call you on the registered number but unable to connect.

As we check that Vistara has processed the full refund so we have also did the same from our end.

The amount will reflect in the same mode of payment in ** working days.

So hope your query is resolved.

Inconvenience caused to you is deeply regretted.

We really appreciate your patience and understanding.

But still the refund not credited in my account even after * months.The refund process is really disappointing at Make my trip's end.I have mailed them several times but they show my ticket resolved without actually resolving the issue.
