Booked an Air India flight from Pune to Chandigarh for travel date of *st Aug. It was a connecting flight via Delhi. On **th July, got a message from airline that Delhi to Chandigarh flight have been cancelled. There was no response from make my trip on the flight cancellation. When I tried reaching them their call center is closed due to pandemic situation. Their chat support asked me to check with airline. Airline confirmed that Delhi to chandigarh flight have been cancelled. I tried processing refund via MMT for Delhi to Chandigarh thinking that Pune to Delhi booking will remain unchanged. However, when requested for refund for Delhi to Chandigarh route via, it cancelled entire booking and asked me to check with airline for refunds. Now airline is asking to check with MMT. My money is gone and till now I haven't got any confirmation on my refund. If MMT is not able to support customers why can't they just shut their business instead of ripping off their hard earned money.
