Message to Makemytrip - My booking id is - NN*************. I would like to inform that as per makemytrip website, policy of the airline(aeroflot-Russian Airlines) says full refund for the booking. However, i am surprised to see that the total amount has been put on as credit voucher in my account with a wrong PNR number. This is really disgusting. I would like to inform that as the airline mandates (mentioned in the airline policy of makemytrip website) i have already shared my authorisation letter with makemytrip twitter handle @makemytripcare to get the refund from aeroflot and credit to my account on immediate basis.kindly process my request on immediate basis.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
