Kamaljit filed complaint against Ajio.com on Apr 27, 2020
I had purchased a denim jacket medium size followed which I created an exchange for large size in February
I did not receive any refund . the company says they are not sure if they have received the exchanged product..this is not my problem .the company should have contacted the courier partner and after **-** mails and calls they are just delaying and extending the duration of the refund processing .
Till now it's not been processed
