With regards to complaint ref ***************** . I signed up with makemytrip using my Mobile + OTP. I had to cancel one trip due to an error from my side and makemytrip said they had processed but its still not credited to my account. Upon follow up calls and emails they say they are looking into it and cant guarantee any refund because they have already done it.
Further it was found that their app had a glitch and it assigned a wrong email ID to the account as below
saurabh.gattani@gattani.com and I think the wallet is linked to this non existing email ID.
Due to their systemic glitch, I am at loss and have to keep writing follow up emails to them without any luck. They never reply to me by email as they dont want to leave any trail behind and hence only call me to say that they are looking into it. This has been going on since * weeks now. I want an immediate refund and hope I get it via this forum
