I booked a hotel on **th September through agoda, it was mentioned clearly that Cancellation is free prior to your arrival date which was *st October. On the **th September I cancelled the booking and booked another hotel through agoda again.
Agoda said in ** days Maximum I will get my refund, I haven’t received any refund yet my bank says the payment is still stuck with merchant, and when I am calling Agoda they say wait for a while. I have emailed agoda several times but no solution. I am really disappointed with the service and I can’t trust agoda anymore. Booking ID ********
