I made payment on **th aug **** for divorce but it has been done twice from my side, first time it has reached to their account and second time it has been debited from my account and is processed by bank. So i requested them to get my payment back so that i can wait for the bank to proceed with the second time payment.
Then, I had a talk with customer care and they said to mail with the payment details and account details to get refund of Rs ****.l as i did not want to proceed with the divorce application.
I did all and called them and mailed them many times and everytime they said to wait for some days they are processing with the request.
And till date I didn’t got any response or refund from their side inspite of many calls and repeated emails from my side.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
