Online Legal India Helped Me Send Notice To Y-Axis. However, Within * Days Of The Notice Delivered They Collected Fee Of $*,*** For Filing Petition On **/*/**** which was Sunday And I Didn't Get The Call Back Until */*/****. Whereas, As Per The Call They Had To Wait For * working Days To File A Petition Once The Notice Was Delivered.
In The Meanwhile, Y-Axis Called Me On */*/**** exactly after * Days Of Receiving Notice To Pay Back My Loss As Agreed. Hence, I Requested Online Legal India To Stop Proceeding Further And Refund My Petition Amount which was collected * days in advance. However, They Disagree To Do So. Hence, I Need Help In Getting Back The Refund Of Amount For Which The Service Is Not Provided.
