Online Legal India - Case not filed even after 9 months

I paid Online Legal India Rs.***** for filing a case against Amazon India in consumer court on *-April-****. Nine months have passed and the case has not been registered. Several lawyers were assigned and they disappeared without filing the case. Each kept asking me for more money, which was not communicated earlier on. Finally I demanded my money back which they promptly refused.
