I had placed an order for ***/- in swiggy (order no: **********) through phone pe.
At first Swiggy denied and said that the payment is not captured in their system so no question of refund.
However phone pe confirmed that transaction was successful.
Transaction no: P**********************
Yesterday swiggy confirmed through email that they have initiated the refund but still it doesnt reflect in my phone pe account.
Today on *th when i chatted with swiggy they are again denying of payment being recorded in the system.
