I had made an order on the **th of September but due to some technical issue probably the payment wasn't accepted however my money was debited. From the the **th they have been saying wait for *-* days and they're still stuck to the same statement. Their customer service is also horrible they have no information regarding the matter they only know one statement that is "wait for * to * days".
Please help me to resolve this matter as it has been a huge harassment.
