I have booked air tickets with Makemytrip from Hyderabad to Trichy for travel date ** Apr **** and return date of ** Apr ****. Their booking ID is NF**************. Later I had to cancel it as I couldnt travel and hence asked to process the refund. Indigo Airlines with whom I was supposed to travel had processed the entire booking money as the flights were delayed on the scheduled dates. I had verified this with Indigo Airlines twice who confirmed to have processed the entire amount back to MMT account. I have been chasing MMT for almost * months now via email, phone and chat but in vain. Firstly, their chat and email doesnt work as no one responds. Secondly, their customer care numbers are not reachable. I was lucky enough to chat with one of the MMT associates just before the pandemic lockdown in early March who confirmed they will process the full amount asap back to my SBI account. MMT only refunded Rs ****, they are still to refund me Rs **,***. I am attaching the Indigo airlines confirmation of the total refund amount as evidence. I dont remember the number of times I have emailed and called them and still haven't gotten a resolution.
