My order was delivered on *th September. As one of the items was not what I ordered. I had to initiate a Return Request which I did on **th Sep. I was informed that the Item would be picked or I will receive at least a call from Ajio on **th Sep. It was not picked up. After complaining a lot, and providing details multiple times. It was picked up on *th Oct and till now no refund has been processed. I have emailed them so many times and also provided the requested details and proof of pickup.
