I had booked flight on **rd March via makemytrip from Ahmedabad to Belgaum for travel date **th March but due to COVID** lockdown flight got cancelled, I first requested refund from StarAir and got mail as----Please note as the reservation is made through Make My Trip; we kindly request you to contact Make My Trip for the refund since the payment is made to Make My Trip. The refund would then be processed----- So I sent Email to makemytrip for refund and got response -----as As we want inform that we receive is ****.** Credit shell Mode from Airline - I Had paid *****.** and they are giving me credit Shell of ****.** - I want full refund not credit shell requested same but no reply from Maemytrip as i will not be travelling any more.
