Hello there,
I have partially cancelled my * tickets which I have booked For **th of July ****,and the amount of refund which have to come in my account was Rs.**,***. But after cancelling I only get some amount that is Rs.**** in my account and not the complete amount.
After that I have spoken with many advisor from Male my trip but didn’t get a proper response and they are telling that we have got the refund from airlines but unable to transfer you and u have to wait.
I am raising complaint today after lots of frustration please help me out from this.
The amount which still pending with MMT is Rs.****.
I am having all the proof of the statements and also got the reference number from the airlines that they have processed the amount to make my trip with PNR.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
